Is what i can say from the botttom of my heart to everybody who has supported and trusted my craziness in the venture.
Firstly a friend who trusted my dream and pushed me to take the first step.
Second, my parents and family who supported a rash young twenty five year old boy in the struggle that followed.... and still do. Who let me dream and live in my dreamland.
Third, Very Special Friends who were with me thick and thin.... I'm sure these people understand my gratitude for them ( I don't wanna take names.)
After that it is numerable people, faces, personalities, team members who always stood by my side. ( No names again... Thanks)

Its tanmay here. It was a pleasure to meet you in person today. What an amazing personality you are, a person full of energy and passion, and that reflects in the ambiance of the restaurant.
I am writing this comment for those who have not been here. Guys, you are missing something really unique in lucknow. The moment you enter this place, you get a feel that something "extraordinary" awaits you. Its in the air it seems. You would be touched by the hospitality, blown away with the quality of the delicious food, and the fine music provided via world space radio in the back ground is just the perfect addition to make your experience absolutely enjoyable. And to add on (much to my amazement), if you are a working individual in this technical age, and are carrying your laptop to this restaurant, you would be provided with the hi-speed free wireless internet till the time you are there.

Nitin seems to be a perfectionist and I do not have any suggestion to make other than that you should maintain the standards in this challenging environment. The primary work of reaching the customers hearts and becoming number 1 is done, now the harder part of meeting the expectations every time is to be maintained. And i know, you would not leave any stone unturned for that.
Nitin, May GOD bless you, and i urge the people who are reading this, always visit this restaurant in your free time, and i bet you would stop looking elsewhere.
Time spent at "Pach N Chew" is indeed a delightful experience.

It sure is very encouraging to read your comments. Its not that we are doing anything extraordinary.. we just do the same things differently. Is that not how winners do it.. running the same 100 metre race ... yet differently.
we have lived up to people's expectations till now and God willing we won't let any of our regulars like u down.
